Shipping Info & FAQ’s
Shipping handmade ceramics requires extra care and time. Below you’ll find details about timelines, fees, risks, and policies so you know exactly what to expect before submitting your request. Please review all information carefully before completing the form.

Participants are responsible for the flat rate shipping cost depending on which box size your pieces fit into. Fees must be paid via invoice before shipment.
$25: 1-2 pottery pieces fitting into a [7 ¼ x 7 ¼ x 6 ½] box
$35: 3-8 pottery pieces fitting into a [14 ¾ x 7 ½ x 7 ¾ ] box
Fees subject to increase or change due to size, weight, or destination

Packing materials
Labor for careful packing
Shipping and postage fees

Finished pottery pieces from class will be ready to be shipped 4-6 weeks after your class.
Once pieces are finished and shipping payment is received, items will be shipped within 7–14 business days.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when available.

All pieces are packed with care using appropriate protective materials. Despite careful packing, ceramics are inherently fragile, and shipping always carries some risk.
The studio is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
No refunds, replacements, or repairs will be provided for items damaged in transit.
By requesting shipping, participants acknowledge and accept this risk.
Studio staff reserve the right to decline shipping for pieces that pose a high risk of damage.
Additional fees will apply for reshipment if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery.

Once your pottery is finished, you can use this form to request shipping and confirm your understanding of our policies. Shipping fees will be invoiced separately, and your pieces will be shipped after payment is received.
