There's something special about creating with clay. It's hands-on, a little messy, and a whole lot of fun!
Our private pottery workshops give you the opportunity to explore the art of ceramics with an experienced instructor guiding you along the way. No previous pottery experience is necessary for a beginner-friendly workshop.
Choose from two different experiences: wheelthrowing or handbuilding.
Learn the basics of wheelthrowing as you work with a spinning wheel to shape clay into forms like cups, bowls, and more. Your instructor will walk you through the process and help you discover what you can create.
It's a fun experience for couples and groups who want to try something new together.

Explore Handbuilding
Prefer a more relaxed, hands-on approach? Use handbuilding techniques like pinch, coil, and slab building, you'll shape clay by hand to create your own functional or decorative pieces.

You don't need to be an artist to enjoy working with clay. Our workshops are designed to introduce you to the creative process in a welcoming environment.
Your instructor will guide you through the project, demonstrate techniques, and help you along the way.
At the end of your workshop, you'll select pieces to be fired and glazed by our team. Your finished pottery will typically be ready for pickup in 4–6 weeks.
It's a pretty great feeling to use something you made yourself!
