Workshop meets for 2 weeks: Thursdays: March 7 and March 14
4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
$80 per child
Come let your kids learn one of the oldest art forms in human history. Children will be taught the basics of handbuilding, and learn how to make sculptures, as well as functional pottery that they can later eat and drink out of! Not only a wonderful educational experience, handbuilding is also a fun and exciting time to create and play. These creations will be something they can keep and cherish for the rest of their life, and it might just inspire a lifelong skill.
Week one: Working in clay
Week two: Glazing
Following week 2, works will be finished and fired by the instructor. You will be notified when works are ready to be picked up.
Workshop is led by our youth instructor, Nicole Johnson.
SCCA must have at least 3 students to have a class. If 3 students are not registered, we will inform you two days prior to class start date and refund or credit you.
