Take your skills to the next level with Mark’s Intermediate class, which will specifically focus on throwing larger forms and combining multiple thrown pieces together to form one large cohesive piece. Mark will teach you how to create intermediate-advanced items such as large bottles, vases, and covered jars with lids. You will learn how to master the compilation of 2 and 3-part vessels using thrown pieces and slab forms. Bring a towel and wear clothes that can get dirty.

This is an intermediate level class. It is required that you be confident centering clay on the wheel and that you’re comfortable throwing cylinder and bowl forms.

SCCA must have at least 3 students to have a class. If 3 students aren’t enrolled in time for the class to start, we will inform and refund you.
