The Studio Associate is responsible for completing the physical daily tasks of the member studio. This person will delegate task lists to Assistants, communicating high-level updates to the Director of Operations regularly. Physical tasks may include studio cleaning, maintaining the flow of work through the kilns, mixing and maintaining glazes, wheel and kiln maintenance, opening and closing the studio, and overseeing the front desk and daily sales. The Studio Associate’s main goal should be to keep a safe, organized, and efficient studio environment at all times.

  3. All applications are due no later than November 5, 2023. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis.
